These look incredible. Recently, I cut up and froze a cantaloupe that was a bit too ripe, and put it through my food processor. Similar effect to the "banana nice-cream". I recommend it, especially if you freeze it again, it has a shaved-ice texture.

I think trying to reducing food waste so often focusses on the not throwing away part when really the focus should also be on how much there is to gain!
They are addictive in a kettle corn kinda way - but maybe even more so because there is a savoury element as well from any darker bits of crust? Really good - could eat it by the handful!
